OSCAR - our new digital ID system

AS OF JANUARY 9th, 2023 WE WILL NO LONGER BE PROCESSING ID CARDS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE

Firstly, we would like to thank you all in advance for your patience and understanding while we transition to this new process.

ID cards will now be done using Oscar. Ontario Soccer recognizes this method as an approved ID method and so it will be accepted by all leagues, tournaments and events within Ontario.

The Sports Engine Team Roster Reports (TRRs) have a place for the player and coach photos. The TRR will go with the game sheet to every competition that the team attends. Nothing else is required and this is your full proof of eligibility.

Competitive Players

How do I get my new card? In order to obtain or renew your card, please send your photo to your club registrar.

For new players- supply this at registration.

Adult Only Clubs

For now please use your Drivers license until further notice. Exception: If a tournament doesn't accept that form of identification, then follow the new ID process.
