ID Cards

April 10, 2024 UPDATE -  OSCAR DIGITAL ID PROCESS

We are continuing to transition to a new digital ID card system.  Physical ID cards are no longer available. DO NOT ORDER YOUR ID HERE.

Adult Only Clubs -  any Ontario approved photo ID may be used and shown at card check until further notice. The roster and game sheet must accompany the IDs to every game.

Competitive Players: submit your passport-style photo to your Club. ID cards will now be done using Oscar. Ontario Soccer recognizes this method as an approved ID method and so it will be accepted by all leagues, tournaments and events within Ontario.

The Sports Engine Team Roster Reports (TRRs) have a place for the player and coach photos. The TRR will go with the game sheet to every competition that the team attends. Nothing else is required and this is your full proof of eligibility.

To minimize delays, please follow Ontario Soccers' picture requirements ( https://www.ontariosoccer.net/governing-documents ):
